XiongXin Technology is responsible for the following:

• Analytics of production and technological processes of factories
• Seaching and identifying bottle-necks
• Adjustment of assembly processes (SOP)
• Assessment and adjustment of CMF and quality metrics in accordance with industry standards
• Project Management in accordance with the standards of 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
• Evaluation and optimization of the supply chain
• Complete labnoratory testing at all stages of development
• Full inspection cycle: IQC, IPQC, OBA
• Mechanical and Electrical design assesment and improvement
